50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

40:00 time cap / 1 Pood = 35 lbs.
Females: 20″, KB = 25#, BB = 35#, Wall Ball 14#

Elements

Do a scaled version of the main WOD. Here are 3 ways to scale it, going from easier to harder.
Easier – Do 1/2 the reps
Medium – Eliminate 3-4 of the movements.
Harder – Do all, but partition the movements into 2 sets of 25 for each exercise versus 1 set of 50.
