6 Deadlifts
6 Over the bar burpees
Rx: 50% of 1RM Deadlift
The first 6 minutes you will stay at the same reps. Each minute after round 6, add +1 Deadlift and +1 Burpee. Once you fail to complete all reps within the minute, the workout is over.

6 Up-downs (burpees without the push-up)
