100 RKBS 55/35# [American] (Switch as desired)

You can do 10 burpees and 10 ring rows  in lieu of 2 rope climbs and still be Rx. Rx+ has to do rope climbs to be Rx+

Partners can be mixed as far as Rx, Rx+ and scaled goes.
