ABOUT THE COACH
COACH RACHEL
EMPOWERING OTHERS is a passion of mine. Educating my athletes in proper form and technique of movements, as well as proper food preparation and tips, and allows them to go from an entry-level, CrossFit Level 1 Athlete to a CrossFit Level 4 Athlete. Teaching people how to balance food, exercise and life, empowers them to feel their best.
ADVOCATING FOR OTHERS drives my steps. My love of people and wanting them to find their best self is found here with my athletes, and in a mighty way. Qualifications:
- CrossFit Level II Certification
- CrossFit Weightlifting Certification
- Specializes in the Olympic lifts, the Clean and Jerk as well as the Snatch
- BA in Chemistry/Bio, with subspecialty work in Biochemisty & Physiotherapy
- Nearly two decades experience in: Animal Anesthesiolgy, Paleo and gourmet meal preparation, & public speaking
